Yes, the “History” tab shows for each entry who made the change.

What happens if I add conflicting knowledge?

The AI detects conflicts automatically and informs you about them. Depending on your access permission, the knowledge is submitted as a suggestion or you can intentionally override the conflict.

All changes are logged in the history. Contact an administrator to restore content.

Can I upload images and files to the knowledge base?

Yes, you can attach images and PDFs in chat when you add knowledge. They are stored together with the text.

Currently, knowledge can only be added via chat. The AI handles placing it in the right location and formatting it.

How quickly is new knowledge available in chat?

Immediately. As soon as knowledge is added or a suggestion is approved, the AI can use it.

Only users with the “Approve knowledge” permission for the relevant knowledge base.

Does the public chat also respond in English or Turkish?

Yes. The chat automatically responds in the language of the question. The knowledge base can be in German, the AI translates the answers on its own. This works for all common languages.

No. The QR code and the full token are only displayed at the time of creation. If you have lost them, simply create a new token and disable the old one.

What happens if someone shares the PIN or token?

With PIN: Anyone with the PIN has access. Change the PIN if it has fallen into the wrong hands.

With token: Disable the affected token and create a new one for the authorized users.

A session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. After that the user has to enter the PIN or token again (or use the link/QR code again).

Can I see how often the public chat is used?

Usage is tracked via sessions. Contact an administrator for usage statistics.
