9brains works with partners who introduce 9brains at their customers and look after it there: IT providers, systems integrators and consultancies in the German-speaking mid-market.

They have a section of their own in the app. Partners create workspaces for their customers there, invite customers through a signup link of their own, manage their access, and see the commission they earn from it.

The section only appears in partner workspaces, and only for their administrators. As a partner’s customer you notice none of it: your workspace is yours, and anyone from your partner working in it shows up in your user management like everybody else.
