9brains is now available as an Android app

9brains is now available as an app for Android smartphones and tablets. You will find it on Google Play under 9brains, or directly here: 9brains on Google Play.

You sign in once with the same credentials you use on your computer, and from then on you have everything with you: your chats, your agents, your projects and your company’s knowledge.

On your way to a customer and want to check what the last quote said, or standing on the shop floor with a question about the maintenance manual: tap the microphone and ask your question out loud. 9brains turns it into text, you take a quick look and send it.

A type plate, an invoice or a whiteboard: tap the camera icon next to the paperclip in the input field, take the photo, and it is attached to your message. 9brains reads it and answers your question about it. The camera button is available from version 1.3 of the app.

When you have a spreadsheet, a quote or a presentation created for you, one tap opens the file on your phone. From there you pass it on just like any other file.

Under Settings → Security, turn on unlocking with your fingerprint or face. 9brains then opens for you only, even if your phone ends up in someone else’s hands.

The app for iPhone and iPad is in preparation. Until then, use 9brains in the browser there; with a shortcut on your home screen it is just as quick to reach.
