Ready for international teams

Anyone working in a corporate group or with international subsidiaries knows the issue: a tool that only speaks German is hard to explain to colleagues in Lyon, Milan or São Paulo. As of today, that is solved. The entire platform is available in eight languages, from chat through settings and administration to emails and login.

You can use your interface in any of these languages:

  • German (Germany) and German (Switzerland), with country-specific spelling and number format
  • English, in a neutral international variant
  • French, Italian and Spanish
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Polish

Each language has been carefully translated and aligned with a binding domain glossary, so that terms like “knowledge base”, “agent” or “skill” sound consistent in every language. Date, number and currency formats are also set in the country-specific style, a detail that makes a difference in accounting and reporting in particular.

In the profile settings you will find a language selection dropdown right away. Pick your language and the platform responds instantly, with no reload, no logout. On first login we automatically suggest the language your browser prefers; after that your selection takes precedence.

The language setting affects everything you see as a user:

  • Chat interface with agent marketplace, sidebar and reasoning panel
  • Settings and administration, including validation and error messages
  • Knowledge base and onboarding flows for new team members
  • Emails such as trial welcome, password reset or team invitations arrive in your language
  • Login page through which you sign in to the platform

For mid-market companies with subsidiaries in France, Italy, Poland or Brazil, this opens a path to make German knowledge available across the group without the interface becoming an obstacle. A team in Krakow works in Polish, the Milan office in Italian, the Brazilian sales entity in Portuguese. The underlying knowledge base stays the same, and everyone pulls in the same direction.

The chat itself still speaks the language in which you address it. If you write in French, the AI replies in French. The interface language and the language of your content are therefore independent, and you can freely combine them.

Nothing. If you want to keep working in German, everything stays as it was. If you want to switch languages, you will find the toggle in your profile settings. Anyone who is newly invited starts automatically in the language of the inviting person and can adjust it themselves at any time afterwards.
