Memory: 9brains remembers who you are
9brains now recognizes you across conversations. The new Memory remembers your role, your fields of expertise and your preferences, so you no longer need to start from scratch in every chat.
Personal notes
Section titled “Personal notes”Just tell the assistant what to remember:
- “Remember that I am a project manager in logistics”
- “Forget that I use SAP, I now work with Odoo”
The assistant stores the entry and takes it into account in every future conversation. You can review, edit and delete your notes at any time under Settings → Personal settings → Memory.
Automatic profile
Section titled “Automatic profile”In addition, 9brains automatically creates a profile from your conversations every night. It summarizes what the AI has learned about you: role, tools, current projects and history. The profile is visible (read-only) in the settings.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Memory stores only professionally relevant information about you personally. Sensitive data (passwords, IBANs), content from third parties and information from the knowledge base are not added to Memory. You can deactivate Memory at any time via the toggle in the settings.
